A solid base in Professional Certifications and there's a decent platform to learn and absorb a lot about how the industry works.

Dislikes

The CEO's crazy and eccentric. There have been instances of throwing stuff at people, while shouting at them in his cabin. Very toxic and political work culture and incredibly bad hygiene in the office. (Pantry, washrooms, etc. are disgusting and smelly, the pantry was infamous for cockroaches roaming around)

Only good thing was colleagues and their support.

Dislikes

CEO. No Process knowledge. Worst Attitude towards employees. Hire and Fire Policy by HR. No appreciation for achievement. Target Oriented and Money minded psychology with no space of team motivation or team building excercise.
