There is plenty of work so job security is ensured. Work culture has become a bit toxic after the acquisition by Thoma Bravo. Management is fairly supportive. Company policies are fair for the most part. Appraisals are decent.

I like the top mgmt of QAD whose vision or style is no stress more opportunities in providing learning a better thing but I dislike the corporate politics inside by some of the ind managers.

I dislike the Indian mgmt style by creating fear or loss of job a manager wants to treat subordinate ,if u can create a healthy feeling then definitely a guy or girl will do excellent,if the motto has been decided no we will throw him out than no option is left for the guy except resignation.Human individuals can be treated better to serve the org for longer period.

Since the time Thoma Bravo has acquired the QAD many people have left their job or been fired as specifically from US. Also there is no scope of growth after 4+ years just it is same task you will be performing everyday. No employee benefits.

I got a chance to work on production server as a fresher.

Dislikes

You will not learn much.We kept on doing the same task each and every day.Production environment is very unstable and outages happens every month.Also there is hardly any perk you can get.
