The only thing is they pay better but if you don’t have job security you need to save accordingly.

They work in different projects, I am not saying pay from your pocket when you don’t have projects but again don’t hire people with fake promises. No perks for working in this office.

Work is very smooth here. There are very few times when you have to stretch yourself otherwise things go very well

There are sometimes when upper management doesn’t listen to the employees until they resign. Which is not a good sign.

In Q2A media there is no job security and company runs the in the favouritism basis, appraisal is only for those are favourites of the project manager and HOB. Very bad work environment for those who are innovative and believes in only work and not involed in office poultices.

Join when u have no choice, when u have no to eat, when u think u are already in terrible.

Dislikes

Forget work-life balance, ready to work late hours even continuous day or two, when u don't have family, even the machine tea charges applicable on your salary. Worst account department, who even don't know how to talk. Overall simply if u want to make ur life hell.
