Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They provide flexible working hours and no constraints on taking your own leaves if backup is in place. Work culture is good.

Dislikes

The pay package of employees already working with Q2 Solutions doesn't go under market correction. Only the new hires are provided with packages as per market which is why experienced employees end up mentoring new hires which are getting payed more than their mentors.
