Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair enough and they give good salary. Team leader is very supportive and helps thru out the working day.

Dislikes

I never came accross to any such thing that i would have a bitter perception about the company.

...king environment is good if you are a hard working person and show your works. Every 7'th is the salary date and never be late on.

Dislikes

Everything is okay just they will not give more break in day shifts. And in Night Shift main gate will close till 10:00 PM. No food is provide.

They are master's at acting they didn't even tell me that I am bad at my performance they were acting like I am doing best and without even any notice they told me that Because of lower performance we are exiting you from the organization and they said "Nothing personal" it's all personal. Mainly I am not angry that they fired me but they didn't even let me know they were acting better than star kids no feedback no response from account manager side Please look for yourself and they have taken 1 year bond sign from my side and one without any notice they can fire me literally I really not suggest you join this company.

I enjoy working with Q1 tech bcoz of dynamic and supportive work environment and there is always an opportunity to learn and grow. i get to work with top customers directly.

Dislikes

While i appreciate the global reach of Q1 tech, coordinating across different timezones can be a bit challenging. however, this has also provided me with valuable skills in managing international collaboration & communication.

Company culture and the fact that they take care of their employees, company goes above and beyond to help its employees, provides leaves whenever required, attends to the complaint and queries of its employees. The fact that they are willing to accept suggestions to make it a better workplace says a lot about the company.
