Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...like about about pz are 1. They make the working environment more conducive 2. Our salary are paid as at when due 3. They always give room to there workers to explore there potentials The company policies are good as well

Dislikes

There are lots of politics in The system the technician are also not given the privileged to express there potentials and also the people that are commited to job are not been recognise most especially in the factory

They are into safety culture, and also give there staff opportunity to leaning more base on there profession .

Dislikes

Am not dislike anything on their policy, I just like to change environment to have more knowledge.
