...siness because from president to the fresher most of them are from same family . If you are from that family you will be respected and given good salary by your manager who will be your cousin or uncle .

if anyone is about to accept the offer and seeing review, then think this can happen with anyone. maybe better opportunity are as this company wasted my time. No learning No growth kept on bench for very long time they laid off employees including me

Cross functional learning and projects scope. MNC work culture. Hybrid and flexible work mode.

Dislikes

No proper training or guidance for freshers. No proper vision for the Mangement. They recruit and fire the employees suddenly within 6-8 months even without giving chance to work on projects. CEO is a liar! He says something in All Hands meetings and on during office visits. But he executes quite opposite and contrary to what he said.

Likes

One of the best company I ever worked with, that strive to value the opinion and feelings of the employees while providing a great technical atmosphere. Quick paced but flexible enough to allow the remote employee to fit in to their schedule.

Dislikes

I feel Pythian is in a position to do more innovation and move more quickly, but we don't get full advantage yet.

Fifteen years has gone by unbelievably fast. I'm so proud to be part of this organization. Work Environment plays a huge role and is one of the main reasons for me to stay for a long time with Pythian.

I did not find any reason to dislike this organization.
