No clear idea on the appraisal over here. I have been working for straight nine months and my salary remains the same throughout. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, we need to learn on our own, which is a pain sometimes for freshers.

The company provides good policies and better appraisals according to most of the employees every year. In pyramidions, employees can explore and evolve.
