Provide you an industry exposure if you are willing to hold new things and want to swim in river. Teammates and work culture is upfront you need to be bold enough to catch your fish . Politics is a day today part of organisation but that also give a strong platform to perform its your way to look at the condition.

Dislikes

Lack of innovation, salary issus, appraisal issues, appreciation issues, poor work-life balance , hungry teammates literally fights for there Bait.

Not much support from manager, no coordination, just come up with a message in every 2-3 hrs that hi team how we are doing? freak out on call and that’s it, company also doesn’t care about that. Manager oriented, no care for the employees who do hands on.

...good, . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Might be u get salary decent but carrier growth is too slow. If u want to do politics then u have to go there ,because without politics u can't survive there. Job security is not there.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
