Helpful nature of everyone, cheerful people. Everyone talks about growth and future prospects for business and self. Salary appraisals are usually twice a year, but on paper it is once a year.. which is good.

Nothing as such, people work like a family here, are available 24*7 in case of any emergency

The work culture and the behavior of seniors and colleagues towards their employees, the constant support, motivation and appreciation for every effort I made during my tenure. The company will make you feel like home.

This is the best ever place to work. The work culture here is very amazing. We work as a family who learns together, party together, and works together. The leaders make sure that the employees can put up their thoughts, questions, and ideas without any fear of getting judged. You get the freedom of making decisions that bring out your leadership skills and lead you to career growth. There are flexible work timings, the efforts you make get appreciated, and ample growth opportunities are provided to the employees who are serious about their work. Overall I love this company. :)

PyNetLabs has one the best working environment in my experience, the team is like a closely knit family where everybody helps and supports each other. One will get room for improving amidst inspiring seniors motivating to take initiatives and responsibility which in turn nurtures your skills, leadership qualities and career growth. Instead of a well oiled corporate machinery it is more like a living tree and we being the branches always feel connected to the core and the cause of the organization! When not able to perform, I have been guided and motivated by the seniors and mentors instead of blunt criticism which has helped me grow & perform better with positivity and enthusiasm. Extra curricular activities are also promoted for healthy competition and building team spirit among the crew! Flexible work timings and a fun loving team also makes the place great to work at.

It has been almost six months since I am working here and I have not encountered anything to dislike as PyNetLabs is ever moving towards betterment of both employees and the organization.
