They lie about offering full time roles to new interns and only extends the predetermined date which they promised for full time joining by giving excuses such as "we start your full-time role with new projects or your employment with begin in the next financial year". They don't directly inform interns that they cannot offer full time roles, instead interns have to ask multiple times through messaging, calling only then do they reply and after repeatedly extending the internship duration they give reasons like "currently we don't have new projects so we can't give you full time roles". This same behavior has been repeated with multiple interns and other hires. This company has zero work life balance, they can call you to complete tasks or ask you to join meetings even after working hours even, sometimes as late as 11 PM.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
