Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Overall satisfactory.. The company is open to innovation and ready to adopts modern technology. I love to work and pleasurably handle the situation and manage the work schedules. Being a part of team , very independently performed smoothly.

Dislikes

Not satisfied with financial benefits and facilities. Some times work culture not good.Protocol not maintained.

Good working condition and good relationship with each and every one and great to work with top management they always be postive attitude in all aspect and management provideed good infrastructure and they were give full freedom in working and iam very much happy for every thing.

Dislikes

Some individuals worthless people always create nusence in each and every place that is common.
