Management is Good. Owner and MD is very supportive and good with all. And good natured.

Dislikes

But only disadvantages is listening old employees words. Old employees thinking like they are only company MD's. But old employees dominated and money making mind. But company does not know it about old employees what they do in site.

Likes

In Time to Time they have given salaries ,Travel expenses, Vendor Payments,Contractor Payments-Good relation ship with Government for both Telugu states and Karnataka Transco People,To complete the Projects with in time bond. Money flow In and out was too good.

Dislikes

work load too much ; responsibilities are Infinite ; No appreciations from Management ; Project Execution process can not be done proper Protocol;Salary increment ;
