Nothing, just we are not getting leaves in festival season as this business is belongs to the season.. But.. That is okay.. Kuch pane k lie kuch khona bhi padta hai..

I have worked here for around 3 years, salary is good here, Team enjoys the culture, Less work in comparison with other cinemas.

Some cheap and buttering favoured staff here, they likes only buttering and gets promotion, I helped company in their hard time but they given my reward by saying you are worthless.

No job security no increment in salary no night allowance the is too many things that no well to work in Inox leisure limited thats why I left the job after 3/5 years

...o help so that together we can give a good experience to each and every patrons. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus aswel every year

I didnt found any negative about this company. In this covid 19 period if we are closed and not earning a single penny, company is paying us our salary although not full but still.. this is enough.. This shows company care thier employees

Good work environment and very supporting management they are very well explain if u have any trouble in ur work but they are not supporting in this covid 19 they terminated us from the job.

There is very less salary what u expect now a days and there is no career growth.if u have very much contact in politic then u will get incrimaint or promotion.
