I didnt found any negative about this company. In this covid 19 period if we are closed and not earning a single penny, company is paying us our salary although not full but still.. this is enough.. This shows company care thier employees

Nothing, just we are not getting leaves in festival season as this business is belongs to the season.. But.. That is okay.. Kuch pane k lie kuch khona bhi padta hai..

I have worked here for around 3 years, salary is good here, Team enjoys the culture, Less work in comparison with other cinemas.

Dislikes

Some cheap and buttering favoured staff here, they likes only buttering and gets promotion, I helped company in their hard time but they given my reward by saying you are worthless.

Seniors behaviour ,abusing staff members, politics , False promises , Cinema Manager Manish Kumar in silver arc pvr one of the low class men I have ever met in my 12 years of career. Always pass racism comments. No overtime if anyone ask question they fired them. Doesn't matter how much you complaint everytime junior will fired from work. I left this job because of Manish behaviour I recommend everyone not apply job here.

They wil rune your personal like, seniors are so toxic force you to work extra hours without any pay, I'm working here tje shift closes at 2 AM but they never let us go before 4 PM and also the shift starts at 5 PM but the used to call us at 4 PM And if you do any type of complaint the just say if you are not liking the job just leave it They also promised to give incentives but it been two months here I'm not getting it and when I have asked for it they told me that from your 4th salary you will get the incentives but 1/5 part of the incentive and from 5th month you will get the full payment
