It is all about getting into something it has a vast scope of knowledge but after few years you will find that work is extending but as it is a cinema chain hence everything will be limited to cinemas only.....

Extension of shift to upto 12+ hours when required but no compensation or benefit for that... Rest all thing are so so for third party payroll employees but if you are on PVR payroll then u are privileged with some benefits like diwali bonus convenience compensation bills rebate etc...

...o help so that together we can give a good experience to each and every patrons. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus aswel every year

I didnt found any negative about this company. In this covid 19 period if we are closed and not earning a single penny, company is paying us our salary although not full but still.. this is enough.. This shows company care thier employees

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, baises fo salary. Salary was too low hiring from outside they are giving nice salary but while giving promotion own so much low salary they giving and also doing 2 hrs extra work but not getting OT... But over all my all associate are very good they are full supporting person I didn't ever get like this associate in my hole life thanks to my all staff.....

... gave me best experience of my life. I learnt too many things from this company. If we talk about salary package of PVR cinemas it's very low in comparison of other cinemas. But services of cinema is great...

Working hours were high and you'll not get paid for extra hours. Sometimes it took too much time for handover
