...taff suffered through micro management and investigations lasting for months. - The salary - extremely low with poor bonuses. - The work hours - You'd be expected to work for 12+ hours in a 9 hour agreement as discussed with HR while getting hired. - The leaves - You couldn't apply for leaves during festive season to spend time with family. - The uniform - Lowest quality clothes that would scrape your skin. - The deduction for uniform - 1500 was deducted against the uniform. Why were the employees paying for working there? - The non-existent career growth - You could expect one promotion every two year for a measly INR 1-2K hike per month.

It help to grow my knowledge ,skills. the management is good in terms of helping their employees, the most enjoyable part of the job is it is a creative work so i need to think different from others.

Dislikes

Here is one of dislike point according me which is IT because here is not core IT level work other all r good.IT team also very good.
