Why were the employees paying for working there? - The non-existent career growth - You could expect one promotion every two year for a measly INR 1-2K hike per month.

It help to grow my knowledge ,skills. the management is good in terms of helping their employees, the most enjoyable part of the job is it is a creative work so i need to think different from others.

Here is one of dislike point according me which is IT because here is not core IT level work other all r good.IT team also very good.
