I have 4 person Work in my office, I have experience 6 year but salary very low, another person salary high , same work , same sift, but salary different, why ? I 'm not week person I m handling 200 all in one PC controlling in GST & Custom office in Mogappair site , 2 Switch , Router , Server ,Network printer & USB Printer , ticketing tool handling , saran dash board handling, BSNL networking relater work , customer supporting work , application support work , asset report handling in every 3 month , hardware related work ,,,etc....

...erage and career growth is very slow. Teammates are not helpful and supportive.There is no salary hike and bonus after 2 yrs and also no extra facilities like pf, medical, ta etc.

Dislikes

Salary is too low and there is no increment. Management is not supportive. No job training is given to new joinees.

They hired me as a Windows Administrator but they had not mentioned earlier that they needed employee with experience of 2years. They hired me as a Fresher. After Audit, auditor got to know I'm Fresher after that, HR called me and asked me to resign from the job.
