... company...always there are lobbies& politics will remain around an employee....salary hold for any issues is there...but the MD is a genuine person.

High work pressure, lot of paper work , salary hold, no appreciation ,No paid leave is there, no value of senior employees.....

A very nice environment co-operative employees and senior person is there. Managing Director Prakash Kumar Sethia, always try to keep faith from all dedicated employees and tried to do something for them as per capability. It is the biggest thing in this company and every employees respect him as a guardian and dedicated respected person and very much loved him for his new thinking for the growth, revenue of our company. Pray to god always bless him for better prospects of his company and his family so that many more employees can work comfortably and peacefully with satisfied mentality.

Dislikes

Have to update many more modern technology for digital media and marketing platform whereas the business policy not updated and it's shrink day by day. Many respective senior person except Managing Director, not focus on the business revenue whereas they focus on employees fault, employees relaxation between the duty timing after a hard work. Don't want to know the suggestion from the other employees to grow the business revenue into worldwide platform either by monthly employee review meeting or face to face communication.

Managing Director is very kind, supportive & practical person. I have been working under him since 2008, and I have been learning lot of things from him. Here, scope of learning is very broad if someone has intension to learn. I feel very lucky that I get opportunity to do multiple types of job and this not only increase my knowledge & skills also make me very confident person and this helps me lot in professional as well as my personal life.

Dislikes

Some persons who holding the Managerial post, they have still 20 years old mindset and thought process, which is not so relevant to the current scenario / market. They need to improve their skills and professionalism behavior. And I am very optimistic that our organization will resolve those small drawback very soon.

Pushpanjali is unmatched if you want to learn to collaborate with others and how to gain product know how through the training sessions. Everyone works as a unit and act as a helping hand to other colleagues. The company policies and guidelines are designed in such a way words are inadequate to described them. They not only guides you but also provide growth oriented measures. The association with Pushpanjai Medi makes me proud..

The management tries to help all employees in the best manner possible and provides timely payment and increaments
