They even cheat, show in form16 that they have given full salary, but actually transfer only half of your salary to you, so you end up paying taxes on amount you did not even receive. They don't keep promises. They paid 10% and 20% salary after making you work for full time

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
