Pushpagiri medical college hospital is one of the best hospital in pathanamthitta. The working and spiritual environment was very good in this hospital.

Dislikes

Only one thing is that didn't get salary at correct time.

Good work environment, more opportunities for learning and can easily balance work-life ,good teammates, job security is satisfactory.

Dislikes

Not an expected salary comparing to other company. Hospital management is decent but slow, each time have to initiate the management for appraisal /salary increment..

...hanisms.Carrier growth is credible because of the valid experience certificates. However salary is paid very minimal.More importance is given to patuality and discipline.

Management attitudes towards staffs must be change We cannot see professionalism in there For example administration it’s horrible from my experience Working atmosphere is good unfortunately attitude from superiors is like devils mind If you conduct or observe the performance of administration and other super powers it should be nothing below average performance

...igher officials they will start to defame and de promote that particular staff I had a bad experience in 2009 I questioned HR regarding my salary increase and they depromoted from Cath lab to ward ,immediately I given resignation and God was with me I got job in SCT TRIVANDRUM. Now am in Australia Still am Working in Cathlab
