It is one of most famousmedical colleges and Hospital in kerala. It was really proud moments.we can learn a lot here due to all new mechanisms.Carrier growth is credible because of the valid experience certificates. However salary is paid very minimal.More importance is given to patuality and discipline.

Management attitudes towards staffs must be change We cannot see professionalism in there For example administration it’s horrible from my experience Working atmosphere is good unfortunately attitude from superiors is like devils mind If you conduct or observe the performance of administration and other super powers it should be nothing below average performance

First of all please stop recommendations appointment from higher post from administration If someone find mistakes or fault from the higher officials they will start to defame and de promote that particular staff I had a bad experience in 2009 I questioned HR regarding my salary increase and they depromoted from Cath lab to ward ,immediately I given resignation and God was with me I got job in SCT TRIVANDRUM.
