All section have no work culture no promotion no salary your credit no value you work like a slave here management is really very bad they want work like a professional but actual there policy is to treat people like a slave.

good for starting a career for a novice mechanical engineer who is not that technically sound. core mechanical operation forging, annealing, cnc metal removing can be seen. And can be worked with a large number of gauges, countracer, cmm, hardness tester etc.

There is no aditional benifit except salary and you are treated like labour.

I have been started working since 2017 and I lernt lot of of things from this company .all members are cooperative in nature they help to learn and environment of company is also good. I am taking care of quality department as well as production department to reach their daily target.
