Company का cultur बहुत ही खराब है, ये कम्पनी n ही टाइम से सैलरी देती है और न ही पूरी देती है, जो भी यह ज्वाइन करते हैं वो कंपनी को गाली दे के ही निकल जाते हैं, यहां पर कुछ चापलूस और बेकार लोग बैठे हुए अपनी नौकरी चला रहे हैं, ऊपर शिकायत करने पर भी कोई सुनवाई नही होती है, कंपनी HR department भी सेल्स के RSM के हाथ की कठपुतली है। यहा पर अच्छे लोगों की जरूरत नही, F&F किसी का नही करती और अगर हुआ भी तो सब कुछ काट के खतम कर देते हैं।

I like to growing business in modern way with the help of company in today scenario which changed in comparison to earlier days bt I think company should work on reasearch what people think ,why people buy ,the cost of product is higher in comparison to quality.its not my review that is customer reviews .
