I love the fact that I am part of a team that market relable, height quality products & has global export's & domastics client's base, I get to training Inventory management, Lean manufacturing.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, the work pressure is very height, at a time many projects running , that impact is directoly on employee behavere. Last 2 year's employee sallery not increased from management .
