It has been a very smooth, informative journey. Every colleague of mine is very co-operative. PSD is well above Good organisation in some of the Unique locations where People can enjoy, learn his or her competencies, as well as balance the personal life by staying close to your hometown. The company targets small cities to have the development centres to target the local talent pool, because only Metro cities doesn't mean best Organisations. That's how PSD is geographically present in 4 cities in INDIA. HQ is NJ, also two other running offices in Florida and California. The root of the company is from 1997 and PSD is a Member of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI). Company caters to Industry like Finance, Telecom, Healthcare Transport. Best part of the company is it has a flat Hierarchy and the Technologies in which the Technical team is working is Niche and very different from the typical other services Industries. And due to the flat hierarchy, you can climb up the ladder fast compare to other organisations. We don't have multiple boss on your head in PSD You get a chance to present your self, you will be heard by Management. Your Idea's will be screened and implemented. The work place where you have the freedom of speech, is one of the best place to learn. PSD aims at building informative career rather then just sticking to the stereotype Service level work. We get Liberty to think & implement and in my tenure I have receive recognition for every Good Suggestion, Decisions are respected and evaluated to get the best out of it that will benefit both Employee & Employer's

...ils to compete PSD in the Cities like Kolkata, Indore, Shillong, Bhubaneswar. Rather than stating Cons: I would Suggest - We can work on the Compensation Area's to upgrade ourselves to the Market Standard. Having said that the process of the same is already Initiated and brought into practice

Lucrative Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Bonuses (HR's promises About Variables & bonus during a candidates joining but never promises that you will get 100% even if anyone's productivity is Low/below Average & we don't perform well.) 7. Global Expansion of Pursuit Software to Geographical area's like Northwest of Continental Europe and west of Britain. 8. H1B opportunities for Internal Employees giving Chance to gain Global Exposure. 9. High Employee mobility in terms of Cross Technical & Functional growth. 10. Zero Concept of Bench & Quick deputation of New Joiners (Lateral + Freshers) to Live Projects. 11. Freshers/Trainee's/Interns gets top to bottom, Left to right training on Live Projects and on the job trainings. 12. Work from Home (WFH)/Hybrid work Model till now, where we can equally distribute our Work Life Balance. 13. Built & grown the L&D department which supports Laterals & Freshers to gain Hands-On knowledge on Markets hot Skills and Technical Stacks. 14. Loyal goodies & extra Perks earned by employees, if someone contributes to extra activities like Conducting Interviews, Referral programs & Many more. 15. Incorporation of New & Versatile technology practices. Keeping aside all above, many soft area's such as:- We never face any bottlenecks in consuming our leaves during any emergencies. Management tends to contribute in the best possible way at any of employees personal Exigencies. Its only possible when an employee is considered as a FAMILY. And in my tenure, all above positives and many more which are not listed became possible under the supervision of all Practice Heads and "Head of India Operations". And so sadly we see rational comments personally targeting individuals here. Thanks to all Practice Leads/heads to be our mentor & we sincerely appreciate the sacrifices and efforts you all have put across to secure our jobs and life.

I agree, at times some of the harsh decisions were made but that was for 360 degree betterment of us. A decision which might be negative for me, may be best for others. for that reason I cant blame and hit someone below the belt rationally. I strongly believe that there are larger ratio of employees who contributes to companies growth with 100 & 100++% efforts & they have never been negative about the changes and the decisions. Anyone resistance to changes, Bit of extra efforts & Out of the box contribution, closed ended mind set comes up with Rationalism and Negativity. A suggestion to Management:- We should actually allot real time Customers responsibilities to Individuals and Business Development & see how they actually handle the complexity. I am sure we are equipped with loads of potential resources to handle such situations but the critics can be identified & evaluated during that allocation. We as an organization should also start posting Individual Employee feedbacks on digital feedback platforms to understand both side of the Story and not just one sided Tantrums. I being a part of the technology team for last 2+ Years has dealt every ups & downs and actively was part of the unforeseen challenges & the sweat out work which every stakeholders has been doing and contributing day in & out to make Pursuit Software a Better place to work. I don't say, its "The Perfect!" but we shall come forward together and lay down our hands to Improve, Enhance, Boost, Revamp, Advance rather than just criticize, disparage, attack, denounce, deprecate.

The salary system is poor. Too many variables that most times you are not eligible for. Few People there also don't understand technology but holding the top position gives unrealistic requirements for you to implement.
