...r career. But you need to give more time to company as compare to personal life. And for appraisal and salary hike it all depends on your project but the least performer will also get at least hike of 15%. After working here for more than one year I am satisfied and able to maintain my personal and work life balance.

...ighly positive environment. New ideas/thoughts are encouraged by the management. Salary always comes on or before time. Workload is given as per skill and commitment given by the employee and is not forced upon at all. Jobs here, definitely comes with a lot of benefits.

Conducting Soft skill workshops can be helpful. The game stations are practically useless. Sometimes team outings can be very beneficial too. Travelling to this location is hard for people coming from the other side of the city. For such people coming from long distances travel benefits can be very helpful. Other than that, this is a beautiful place to work.

Scope to do more, not restricted by role. Flat hierarchy.

Dislikes

They play all possible games to pay less. e.g Give less hike, when asked for a review, promise it will take some time to correct it, then after 6 months and 5 followups, manager asks to stay for next annual appraisal cycle. Effectively they buy one year of time for nothing. No ethics or internal pay parity. They try to exploit the all possible situations to save money.
