Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but there is no personal growth as a employee if you are working in a big organisation. You want good appraisals and high post as well. There is no work pressure in that job but as a tour escort job you have to wait till your tour not get over. So sometimes, you have to work 10-11 hours . Although it was very nice experience all the staff members are supporting..
