There is 100% job security until and unless you have committed a big mistake. Client service department is pathetic to work for. Top management is excellent and listen to us but our manager acts as barrier to this.

Dislikes

No motivation towards work life. Low pay scale. Lot of deduction in salary. Manager enjoys his life by living inside the cabin full day. Comes out for few seconds and shows that he is there and again the same thing continues. He don't even knows what his/her team members are doing on the floor. No team meeting for motivation.

1. everything whether its Management/HR / Completly Horrible Organization. 2. Everything is on Business commited and achieved but no attention towards the Hardwork been put in by the employee 3. Special Mention of Immediate Boss- Finding Reasons to throw out the employee 4. Owner/Co founder have no idea what is happening on the ground

I had a terrible experience with this company. there is a person in this company who owns and manages everything like a dictator who runs the whole company like a small proprietary firm. he will hire you showing big dreams and salaries but will end up throwing you out of the company. there is the highest attrition ratio in the research team. PLEASE DON'T JOIN!!!!

It was a worst exp of mine working of them. Managers are so annoying and character less they will always ask you for party and have a drink with them . They ask you to go male client home alone they dont care about your safety I feel so unsafe working with them. They will not give u any hike. Pune location manager with there ridiculous attitude and low standards.🖕

Management and there philosophy and the extensive research done by company in portfolio management also you can easily connect with SR. management because of there open Architecture.
