I don't like anything about this company. Only working as I am getting paid for my expertise.

Dislikes

I feel leadership team is very incompetent. They should hire better people at leadership team. HR seems to be lacking expertise and works as per management directions only. Hostile environment which makes you feel scared to open up infront of anyone. I spoke about my query to HR team and later it was informed to my manager which made me really scared cause some people do threaten. As an employee, you cannot put your opinion infront of anyone here.

Tolerant & understanding top leadership, flexible work culture.

Dislikes

Work life balance is a myth here although HR promotes it as a priority. Career development is very slow here, they will hire new people for new roles rather than promote the diligent employees.

Working at Puretech might seem promising at the start but there's no growth possible at this workplace. It's a glass ceiling.

Dislikes

Favouritism. Seniors have no idea what they are doing. Business is bad and they just keep changing their resources. It's a toxic work environment. Business director keeps yelling at resources and clients alike (literally!)

The pay is good.

It's a horrible-horrible place. The managers aren't involved in the work. They are involved only in escalations that happen because of the lack of their involvement. Where they team up with the client and yell at the workers.

The higher management is good and supportive. Other team members are knowledgeable and helpful.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance. Reporting managers are toxic and do not have manners while talking. There are no personal boundaries, and you have to work on sick leaves too. Favouritism is at peak; biased towards few people. The reporting manager can call after working hours to check on a task that has been completed two days prior. Reporting managers expect analysts to take deadlines seriously, but they themselves will do it post-deadline. No proper quality check is done. This is for the direct reporting manager, but the manager above that person was supportive.
