It's a horrible-horrible place. The managers aren't involved in the work. They are involved only in escalations that happen because of the lack of their involvement. Where they team up with the client and yell at the workers.

The higher management is good and supportive. Other team members are knowledgeable and helpful.

There is no work-life balance. Reporting managers are toxic and do not have manners while talking. There are no personal boundaries, and you have to work on sick leaves too. Favouritism is at peak; biased towards few people. The reporting manager can call after working hours to check on a task that has been completed two days prior.Reporting managers expect analysts to take deadlines seriously, but they themselves will do it post-deadline.
