Favouritism. Seniors have no idea what they are doing. Business is bad and they just keep changing their resources. It's a toxic work environment. Business director keeps yelling at resources and clients alike (literally!)

The higher management is good and supportive. Other team members are knowledgeable and helpful.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance. Reporting managers are toxic and do not have manners while talking. There are no personal boundaries, and you have to work on sick leaves too. Favouritism is at peak; biased towards few people. The reporting manager can call after working hours to check on a task that has been completed two days prior.Reporting managers expect analysts to take deadlines seriously, but they themselves will do it post-deadline. Reporting manager was very toxic and biased. No sense of personal boundaries. Zero work life balance. Expected the analysts to stay late even if the analyst is done with work and they themselves had pending tasks. Some teams are good with supportive reporting managers
