...ecurity , they hire for small term roles then fire employees when its completed.They send to client location how much far ever that be , without giving any cab or compensation for this. Work culture is very bad , Manager micro manages every minute of employee.

Didnt liked anything in this company. The only thing is salary comes at time.

1-There is no management is this company Work life balance is rough. 2-They will hire you and assign you to any project randomly and tell you to learn about the technology. 3-They will call you after work hours. 4-They hired a lot and when there is no project they will ask you to resign. 5-They hired 8 interns and havnt given them full time now they are fresher who else is going to hire them. 5-They asked me to resign after working 1.6 yrs in there company. 6-If anyone have to ruin there career then only join this company. 7-Worst work experince in Puresoftware. 8-They havnt given me work for 1.5 months and after that they said I was not reporting for a month I havnt worked according to them for a month. 9-Please dont work for this company be unemployed but dont join them.

...t company pure software is helping me nor my client location company is helping. My pure software manager said there is always a first time which is for pay cut. You will join this company for pay and then they will cut your pay and will say there is always a first for everything
