Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Company doesn’t mentioned that kra kpi with not be paid as per their convince. Tell lies about increment and raise commitment. Management is very poor. There are four person in management and all have their different mind that affects all employees.
