Incentive plans but that will not credit on time, only salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Poor management, Poor Plannings, lots of sale pressure, if you will not achieve 1 day target then you have to attend multiple concalls a very next day and that will be insulting calls for you. Job security is extremely 0 here dont expect long term working, if you will not perform 2 3 weeks they will start harrassing you to leave the job. Management self dont know what they want from themselves, better not to join this company. You will not get time for personal life. On weekoff also you have to attend multiple calls from management. staff doesn't stay for a long time, support is 0.
