Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Ontime salary ensured. No religious / caste differences within the org. Lot of new projects are launched by every quarters.

Dislikes

Rude HRD, Corporate office / head office no coordination with others. Full dominant. No additional benefits. Worst inter department coordinate / Communications. Bog bro / bossy culture

Puravankara does Amazing projects which is exciting and salaries are paid on time 31st of every month for employees

Dislikes

...good work of employees due to lots of intetnal politics .No skip level meetings.we dont get variable pays and even loose hard earned gratuity amount in case you are short by few days to get it matured.Sr.level people above GM's are always insecured here.During covid many GMs and VPs were removed even though many were top performers.

There is work life balance. Salary and Appraisals are on time. Company culture is ok.

Dislikes

No Training on Job. Work loaded on employees who work honestly and vice versa. No accountability for seniors. Not a Good Paymaster. Appraisals are like peanuts. No.appreciation form CRM TEAM
