i have been working since march 2013 as crime repoter panjab kesari. presently, we do not know about our own further services and no information has been given by the institute. i am not along in struggling with this situation.

Its a good growth oportunity for freshers but not on a long run

Overall it wasnt a good experience at all.!! Espcly my HOD WASNT coperative at all.!! Try to mix their personal life with profession which is a chaos sometimes. Company itself is not good with their employees when it comes to their benefits.!! I wont recommend anyone to this company

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
