I love to working in Punjab jewels, our Malviya nagar showroom has a heart warming and supportive family who is strength for me. Working culture is good, and understanding , which is balancing for my little baby too.

There is nothing to like if uh r working in punjab jewels uh r wasting your time.

Everything is bed from boss to work culture. There is very toxic work culture if tou r giving business to boss than ok otherwise he will ready to disrespect uh all time between all the employees.

If you can survive there, it's likable enough.

There is no work culture or HR policy in the company. Management lies from the employees. It scolds all the time just for silly things. No job security. Management always keeps another employee as an alternative of you & that alternative also has an alternative. No appraisals for 2-3 years, no bonuses. Incentive policy is worst & even if target is achieved the incentive is paid after 3-4 months & even no incentive is paid just because management doesn't feels it good to pay. Very strict timings. Even an employee can't go for just some time in an emergency. Management's asks very rudely to stay in the office just for his silly work to complete, just to satisfy his ego. Personal phone is not allowed. You can't dislike a company more than this.
