The company is open to innovation.I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high- quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues were good and we work happily in colleboration.I also like here the employ rehire policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.Managers do not value an individuals unique strenghths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Likes

I like the method of online teaching at PGC. during lockdown PGC not only facilitate students but also appreciate the teachers' abilities by organizing the online education system. on the other hand PGC sported its faculty more than what its contemporary colleges couldn't do. I thank to Allah I am the employee of PGC during lockdown.

Dislikes

I don't think there is anything disliking; however, everyone is not angel-like. I don't appreciate teaching evaluation in behalf of the low-sectioned students; however, I do not mind it for the talent section students.
