Upper management is shit, specially plant head( Mr. Baljinder Singh) a mere womeniser, partial and what not. The increments are also not a thing in this organisation. The new production manager Mr. Pankaj Grover is also a person who knows nothing about food processing but still working as a production manager, he wants his team to work 24*7 without being compensated for the same and also 12hrs regular. Along with production quality AM is also no less she’s also one of a kind who always pressures her quality executives At last i’ll say just think before going into this organisation. Be careful untill you want to have nightmares while being awake. ;-)
