They give salary too low, as well as increment is also not by your performance. Very poor. 6 days working. (alternative Saturday is not week off).Canteen food is poor and costly.

Never had worst experience than this organization. Never recommend my colleague to join this company. Don't have job security too and management starts domestic projects. I would like to say for freshers employees could join this company for exposure nd learning.

company work culture is poor.HODs are always fighting with each other.so work pressure increases to junior levels. Work should be given to all persons same but Appraisal occurs based on the position instead of work and task completed by persons.

No facility provided by company. There is no rules and regulation. No any policy Onley rule/regulation and policy depends on person to person. Worst person of Mr. Kalpesh patel. He doesn't know how to run the company. All policy and procedure depends on him. there is no policy , no compliance no job security... All decision and activity he has done and if wrong then he blame to other. Request to all friends never ever join Puniska... All donkey is hear and the BIGG donkey is Top management.
