The principal who is now the director is totally psycho in mentality. He is a real cold blooded person. He only keeps all the bad things of faculties in mind not good things. Totally sick and gives the appointment order of 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, 11 months as per his mood. The fact is there are many vacancies in PICT, but none of the faculties are ready to work because of no job security. Once the appointment order is expired, again the psycho men takes the interview of faculty (even tough the concerned person has served for more than 7 years he has to give a interview sometimes even aptitude test), surprisingly the interview (which he calls an interaction rounds) lasts for 2 days or sometimes more than a week. I would urge the psycho men that if he wants to take the aptitude of faculties, then even he should also post his GATE score every year. If for any of the year the psycho men disqualifies from GATE exam what action will he take on himself is what the faculties of PICT want to see.

Arrogant behavior of senior faculties.
