The most important part to join punama as an intern knowing that the internship is unpaid is that we do often neglect unpaid internships but the irony is we do get the potential within ourselves to learn and explore more to make the certificate a worthy irrespective of those paid internships where we know whatever we do except breaking company policies we will be paid at the end of the month. I am sharing this review with this much confidence since i have been in a paid internship during my UG course and that's why i can feel a lot of difference between the two. I wanted to join an internship where i can learn the most about Human Resource and after completion of my training period with Punama , i can gladly say that i made a right choice.

Dislikes

To be honest i gave a thought about joining punama as an intern after applying, because i was confused about where to apply for to get the best out of the internship. Too many options bring too many confusions and i was never an exception, but later on the first day i.e. Day 0 taught me that it's all about your willingness to learn which matters the most. Lastly i would be happy to rejoin my course after completion of my internship and giving my best to get a pre placement offer (if available) from punama with a reasonable LPA as i would love to work for this company in near future as an employee.

Likes

Working at Punama was my third or fourth time as an intern and it was my most productive and quality experience out of all those internships is at Punama. Unlike other organizations, Punama team took lots of effort and time not just for their growth, but also for my personal growth.

Dislikes

Some communication barriers caused us some troubles in the early phase of my internship.

Likes

1. I liked the flexibility offered during my tenure and great work culture. 2. I liked how the company treat intern as someone who has come here to learn and provide proper training before assigning any task. 3. Great learning opportunity, proper mentorship, corporate environment, freedom to discuss, freedom to exchange the thought process 4. People not only get the chance to learn in their field but they also get opportunity to learn in different field such as journalism, design , tech team. 5. Explored new things and helpful nature of colleagues. 6. As Punama Innovation is a startup company so people get opportunity to learns a lot by solving real problems. 7. Understanding about tools and technique such as outlook, thunderbird, slack, MS Word, MS Excel, google group, sheets, forms etc. 8. Organized the cultural events on monthly basis such as townhall, republic day etc. Townhall identify the individual progress in the organization. 9. Get the opportunity to work with the people of different states as well as different country it helps to increase the communication skill, knowledge of different culture, enhance the problem solving approach 10. Organized the clubs on weekly basis such as "Vaad Vivad" and "PMN Chhavi" 11. Get opportunity to earn the rewards for organizing the events and games. 12. Employees not learn only about tools and technique but they also get the knowledge about personality development, Emphatical aspects , human aspects , leadership qualities, emotional aspects etc. 13. Really good experience, I would recommend it to any one wishing for good learning

1. Need to prepare the documentation for each and every work 2. Define the proper rule and regulation for leave, resignation, completion of one month internship, Notice Period, handover of work.

- Your contribution as a member is considered highly crucial, be it any team you are a part of. - Sense of togetherness and bonding is encouraged - Flexible work schedules - You are encouraged to learn and make mistakes rather than help meet just targets. Experiential learning is given high importance here. Best place for those who are just out of college and starting work. - Seniors take time out of their busy schedules to help you grow. - People are really supportive and approachable

Dislikes

- You need to have experience handling multiple tasks at a time. - Proactive approach will only help as there will be multiple challenges that need to be addressed. - If you are a student, you need to prepare yourself for an immersive experience as it is a huge leap from student life to professional life. - Acting quick is a skill you need to master in such an environment.

Likes

1.The Workspace was systematic, giving an equivalent priority to each of the portfolio. 2.Friendly and Team Oriented approach of work-chore. 3.Pre-Planned and way of dealing with the deadlines and works were quite effective and employee-friendly 4.Provided an opportunity for co-curricular activities like Debates, Photography, Quizzes, giving an external insight and interest.

Dislikes

1.As it is a remote job, the connectivity of communication gets misfired some often.
