The culture is really good and u make lot of good friends. Company is growing increaments and bonus are decent. Work hours are flexible

Management play favourites. U cannot be openly express as u are judged all the time.

Toxic culture. yelling shouting by managers is very common in fact it is kind of celebrated. No job security if you are not liked by your manager you will surely be put in situation where you resign.

Team Culture, Less People issue and limited office politics. Get to wear Puma merchandise at heavy discounts.

Growth on terms of career and compensation is compromised. Favouritsm and opportunities for select few. They don't have a fixed office space they keep changing office from Indiranagar to Whitefield to Mahadevpura and expect employees to adjust and come to office. Flexibility is just in books and there is always a pressure on coming to office. Some people especially who have been in system for a while they take undue advantage and treat themselves as superior and others as inferior. Very bad IT and Tech support system. They don't properly invest in IT infrastructure including laptops. Please don't go by title, company has more Managers and Senior Managers then the actual working force. However most of these titles are just in name sake.

There is no career growth opportunities in puma , management people don't look into system for giving opportunities they hirer fresher and gives better salary to the freshers employees comparing with the 5 to 8 years working experience employees ..... There is work & life balance , Most of the time Retail employees work more then 10 hours... Manager say that flexibility is important but employees who working as a associate , supervisor also have personal life... And Salary is too low to survive in metro cities and employees don't Even get leaves on time..... I really felt very bad experience with puma in terms of Manpower management and Organisation Culture and timings.
