Manager is so Rude Doens't have Profesional behaviour. The company Is labour dominated. Even if u are BE ur value there is as same as A labour. Working hrs are more than 12 hrs; not even paying OT . If labour or machine creates fault in the product (woolen felt) supervisor is responsible. So they don't have any job security. U can be fired at any moment by the director. labour are so illiterate they don't have manners as well. Stay away from this company. Working here will go you nightmares and this worst job experience will always haunt you whenever you try to apply for other organisation.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
