I m working in this organization from last 3 and half years. About getting knowledge and other skill in this organization is good and staff support is also average and working environment is not good as I want. About to change over a job, it not my field related job and I want to change it.

In Pudumjee if you doing well and your senior not doing well still you will not get promoted because your senior will get promotion first then you.

Extreme pressure and target beyond your capacity. You will be asked to justify your CTC every now and then. They will ask they are being in loss by hiring you and the amount of business you generate.

Company having good technologies and flexible enough to adopt new,having good work life balance

Work pressure is high and growth is slow, no on job training that's why you have to look forward to seniors during emergency condition.

Targets are such that a person will take min 2 years to achieve and then also no guarantee of getting the incentive by putting diff measures of calculation.
