- No people to people connect, no empathy

- All projects are super-aggressive with 10-11 hrs day being the usual norm. working weekend is very normal. Toxic work life overall.
- No shift allowance, no overtime
... business, especially significant clients like Lloyds Bank have got rid of them.
No hike for anyone form last 2 years. Promotions are distant dream.
Those who are on bench are desperate for projects and those who have got projects are desperately looking to quit.
Job safety and Publicis Sapient are oxymorons.
Would strongly advise against joining this company.
If you know someone from higher management, you can join the company.
Company is really good with lots of Good Buss. ethics and core values.

2. They are blood suckers..they want you to work for Min 12 hrs a day.
3. Only one Salary hike in last 4 years. (2019- 2023)
4. Onsite is very tough as their billing rate is too high. Client can have 3 resources from other service based orgs. at onsite, at the cost of one PS resource.
5. Sr. Directors of Tech. are the true governors of projects..
6. Tech team (even Sr. level) work hard but Agile proj. management gang is the one who enjoys the luxury life at PS
7. Its very unsupportive and diperssing environments for new comers (specially for Sr./Mid-Sr. level) as most the ppl have their own Group and Grip and they wont let you fit in their space easily..

2-Staffing process needs to improve. Client only asks for exact role fitment and if the person’s experience is not exactly the same then getting into a project is difficult here
PS is one of the most flexible companies to work for. There is no compulsion in employees to work from office only. Employees can opt for their workplace as per their own convenience. There is a very high focus on learning and upskilling. The inclusive culture of the company stands out as well. There is a lot of work but the support of managers and team members make an employee very motivated to work more.
...ient, it is very difficult to find points that I dislike about the organisation. Maybe they can increase their compensation for roles like Product Manager, as a lot of the other organisations in the industry offer slightly higher compensation for Product Managers.
