There is nothing that you can really like about except onboarding process and very good joining bonus.

Bullying..senior managers are the scapegoats in the scheme of things. lack of of transparency in resource management and bench management. Many directors use abusive language mercilessly. HR works under these people and you have place to go if you stuck with an issue.

This company is having very strict lateral hiring process but they offer good compensation. They provide good opportunity. It's good for the people who is there since bigning or having good relationship with management but not good for lateral entry at senior profile.

No work life balance and process is not good

Amazing culture, great people and Very technically strong projects. Endless opportunities to upskill.

Dislikes

... policies, senior leadership looks more like high school bullies than corporate. Also bonus and hikes are given out like favours from a benevolent God.

The team has enough learning tools to power your learning skills. It has good team collaboration and effective training overall. Not much work pressure.

Dislikes

Promotions, hike, salary possession are not that great.

No work life balance They make you work 12 to 15 hours Hire and Fire policy Any crisis comes, they fire you. Every month some firing happens. They keep you on multiple projects
