As you're not their employee, as per them. Then as per vendor, also, you're not their employee, your payroll is just the part of their responsibility for you. Basically you're like an orphan child. Next, no authority or decision is in your favour. No one is going to listen to you for anything and they will keep manipulating you. Don't get hired if they are calling you for a Contract role. My contract was for 1 year and it ended because my vendor TantraZm had non compliance issues. But my manager Raghu Prasad, didn't allow me to stay for a longer time. Trainings - Subordinates with less knowledge are taking training and they fail to communicate in any official language. You will be given an assignment and completely judged on the basis of that. Manager will fail to address your issue and try to find out ways to fire you. How cool isn't it? No one is there to help you to learn. They expect you to adjust in the process within 2 months. And if you make mistakes you can be fired anytime.

Once you join , you enter in a hell. Every project management has it own attitude and behaviour like you are not sapient employee . HR in this company above all they can call you even on Saturday at 11 PM and if they want they will not pick up your call even in office timing. HR misbehaves always with you like a begger. They can raise voice in you but you can't . They talk like they can fire you any time. When you discuss with them something they take it as argue and will try to assign you a project in a new city. When you are assigned in a project t sapient project team has its own attitude. Poor people. Never join.

On time salary. Nice place to want to spend bench time and parallelly develop a new skill or pursue a new course.

Dislikes

The company does mass hirings and mass layoffs without having requirements in projects. There are very few opportunities but fires too many people. They try to get the candidates interview in projects which don't have the requirements and ask the employee to learn a completely different tech stack for interview purpose and then reject the candidate for not having proper knowledge on new technology.
